Seems like the seal has some form of behavorial problem; possibly rooted in childhood trauma. Or perhaps wifee seal was simply not having that. No matter, he should be made accountable for his actions, or inactions, so to speak. I learn something new every day - a penguin is a bird - go figure! I never knew that! Thanks for sharing!
